About My Book
How to Be an Effective Statistician
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that technical excellence alone is rarely enough.
The professionals who create the greatest impact are those who know how to communicate, collaborate, influence, and lead.
In How to Be an Effective Statistician, I share practical lessons, stories, and frameworks that have helped me throughout more than 20 years in healthcare, drug development, leadership, and consulting.
Many of the topics we discuss during these Q&A sessions are inspired by ideas from the book.
