Throughout my career, I’ve learned that technical excellence alone is rarely enough.

In How to Be an Effective Statistician, I share practical lessons, stories, and frameworks that have helped me throughout more than 20 years in healthcare, drug development, leadership, and consulting.

A Little About Me
I’m Alexander Schacht.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked as a statistician, leader, educator, and mentor within the healthcare industry.
I host The Effective Statistician podcast, speak at conferences around the world, and help statisticians and quantitative professionals develop the skills needed to increase their influence and impact.
